Gary Holt Appraisal, LLC. (GHA) is a dedicated professional appraisal firm with over fifteen years of experience in real estate appraisal services and information management. As a primary lead in the firm, Gary Holt has extensive experience as a both a Senior and Review Appraiser. Gary has over 15 years of appraisal knowledge gained thru primary lending institutions including Bank of America. While working in the appraisal department at these institutions, Gary also taught appraisal classes in addition to supervising trainees thru the appraisal process. Although Gary’s core expertise is grounded in the appraisal industry, Gary has a Bachelor’s degree from California State University as well as a solid background in Management Information Systems.
