We Represent the Client. Once an appointment is confirmed with the Borrower, GHA Appraisers show up on time, in professional attire, and conduct the appraisal inspection with professionalism. At GHA, we are both receptive and responsive to questions regarding the appraisal process.
We Expedite the Appraisal Process. GHA turn around times are within 3-4 business days. Additionally we strive to send out the appraisal within 24 hours of inspection. We also provide ‘Super-Rush’ Appraisals to be turned around within 48 hours of an appraisal order.
We Cover a Significant Metro Area. GHA appraisers do appraisals in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area - Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, San Francisco, Santa Clara, and Solano Counties. In addition, our firm also covers most parts of San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Merced counties. Some of the major Bay Area cities in which we do appraisals is in , Fremont, San Jose, Santa Clara, San Francisco, Oakland, Richmond, San Mateo, Antioch, Pleasant Hill, Tracy, and Modesto.
We Know Our Territory. Each appraiser at GHA, has lived in their appraisal territory for most of their lives. This knowledge and experience is invaluable in the appraisal process and only helps to ensure the best quality appraisal with the most applicable comparables.
We Are Multi-Lingual. GHA staff appraisers are able to speak English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese. This enables us to converse with the borrower which facilitates the appraisal and lending process.
We continue the service once the appraisal is complete. At GHA, we recognize that once the appraisal is in your hands, the lender may have additional questions/conditions. In the rare instances that conditions do need to be fulfilled, we make sure those are a priority so that you can close your loan.
